Beastie Boys - Sabotage
I’m chasing lions, and goblins, and angels at night.
With a barrel and a bottle by a grandfather’s knife,
There’s blood on my collar, I wish it were mine;
With less friends before me, and more left behind.

“We are only human, and the gods have fashioned us for love. That is our great glory, and our great tragedy.”
Bye bye Vedo. :( The best of luck in Stuttgart!
TW: Rape, sexual assault/violence. Please sign this, this is extremely important.
If you guys haven’t already heard (my followers already have, and I’m tagging to spread awareness) - there are some 200 clinics in Ecuador right now that are using torture and rape as a ways of rehabilitating lesbian women. They may be possibly doing it to gay men too. If you could just take literally twenty seconds out of your day to sign the All Out campaign, it would be so, so helpful.
The goal right now is 50,000 online signatures and we are currently at 32,185. The people of Ecuador are going to deliver the letter with the signatures directly to the president of Ecuador, Rafael Correa’s, office.
That being said, if you could just take another twenty seconds to sign this one too, that would be beyond fantastic.
Thanks so much, guys.

This tattoo belonged to our beloved Synne, who passed away July 22. Kjærlighet means love in Norwegian. We miss you a lot.

Iranian Women’s National Soccer Team Banned from Olympic Qualifying Tournament
Players of the Iranian women’s national soccer team react after withdrawing from their qualifying match against Jordan for the 2012 London Olympic Games in Amman June 3. The Iranian team were banned from the match on Friday in the second round of qualifiers in protest against guidelines on their veil. The FIFA woman’s association requires that any covering used does not cover the neck and ears. In Iran all women are required to cover their hair in public to conform to the Islamic dress code. (Ali Jarekji/Reuters)
It’s important to remember that women’s rights in Iran are trampled on in every category and they’re treated as second class citizens, at best. They are required to wear the veil; it is NOT their personal choice.
The only countries that mandate the hijab today are Iran and Saudi Arabia.
